A global leader in the mobile tech and telecoms space is currently seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to sit within their European Brand Marketing team, based in Surrey. This team plays a vital role in shaping and defining audience value propositions, developing campaigns and delivering marketing programs that communicate value to customers and partners.

This role will contribute to the organisation's vision of leading the mobile industry and delivering the most compelling experience to customers. It is also a highly commercial role, required to meet and exceed financial targets.

The role:

-Delivering strategic marketing programs alongside the Head of Brand and Head of Experiential Marketing. Conceptualising and creating unique experiences to connect with the customer and deliver brand content. Striving to create brand advocacy and loyalty, whilst surprising and delighting customer audiences.

-Industry event planning alongside global business management teams, developing European requirements for industry events alongside local stakeholders.

-Delivering marketing excellence across internal team events, driving greater collaboration and working closely with the business delivery team.

-Multiple layer stakeholder communication, thorough and timely reporting at a global, regional and local level.

The ideal candidate:

-5+ years' experience in a high performing regional marketing team within either an events or experiential execution and delivery role.

-A solid understanding of how to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, global, regional and local.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects to strict deadlines.

-Experienced in working with 3rd party vendors, effectively briefing them and implementing projects.

-The ability to effectively plan and identify any potential issues affecting delivery to deadlines.

-Proven analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into impactful, concise messaging for a broad audience.

-Business level English is essential; additional languages would be an advantage.

-Fully proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

-A genuine passion for mobile technology and devices.
