The agency produces branding, printed and digital corporate communications for many different types of businesses. They want a mid-weight digital designer who will happily work for a variety of corporate clients.

The facts:

The position is for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer working alongside and reporting to the Creative Director within the integrated/brand team. The
successful candidate will have deep experience of working with corporate brands and brand design processes and approaches to
create integrated brand 'worlds', both on and offline.

Candidates will demonstrate strong understanding of how brands operate, evolve and engage with their audience
through a multi-channel approach and have experience of designing for and producing final assets against this type of
approach.

You are the sort of person who enjoys making sense of a communications brief, as well as relishing the detail, to produce  beautiful, crafted and thoughtful design.

You will work on a wide variety of projects in the team, so you are very adaptable. You can communicate your ideas clearly to clients and colleagues alike. This agency's clients range from large businesses to SME's, but you will need to be used to working on communications for large businesses, and enjoy all the challenges and opportunities that come with that.

Strong technical experience and knowledge of workflow for digital are essential as is deep understanding of
best practice within these fields. You'll be given a lot of autonomy so you need to be able to manage your workload and have good project management skills.

Excellent design craft skills are mandatory, with a strong emphasis on typography and art direction, as well as demonstrable
hands-on skills in the key design packages, preferably with additional experience in animation and motion, although not essential. The design standards are very high and your folio will demonstrate the quality of your work.
