  • An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sales team as a Senior National Account Manager. You will report into the Sales Director who will support you throughout the way.
  • To achieve Company sales & profit targets with Revlon Toiletries & Cosmetics products in nominated accounts in line with agreed strategies and plans
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key external clients
  • Provide accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for account
  • Develop and implement strategy for relevant brands across the range, clients and promotional parameters
  • work cross-functionally you will define and implement a strategy to deliver retail objectives, ensuring effective inventory management, stock rotation and launch forecasting.

Who are we looking for:

  • Ability to construct good commercial selling presentations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen including budget management and preparation
  • Numerate with the ability to analyse data, calculate account profit, margins
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data
  • Ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Competent account management skills
  • A good understanding of the in-store environment, promotional and POS landscape
  • Knowledge of the forecasting and demand planning
  • Knowledge of the UK retail trade for Beauty Care
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Conversant with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

The successful Senior National Account Manager will have:

  • Passion and a Knowledge of the beauty industry is ideal, but not a pre-requisite; it is more pivotal you are dedicated to push the boundaries, to understand the consumer and create opportunities
  • The right individual for this role will have demonstrable experience in an account management / retail facing role in an FMCG environment and experience managing a top Grocery or High Street customer.
  • In addition, experience in managing a business with P&L accountability and experience at working with multifunctional teams both internally and externally to deliver results is vital.
  • At least five years’ experience in National Accounts or Category Management
  • Ability to inspire and understand the relevant processes (supply chain, financials, marketing)
