A leading investment management firm is seeking to recruit a Client Communications Associate to support the Investor Communications Manager in the development and implementation of a client communications strategy, primarily focused on fund reporting for investors and advisers in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

To support the Client Communications Manager:

* In driving the client communications process for all mandatory fund reporting, including working closely with a number of internal stakeholders to collate the relevant content.
* Work closely with Client Service Director to develop a customer feedback programme to regularly capture post-sale investor and adviser insights on experience of working with the company.
* To proactively monitor reporting timetable to ensure communications are delivered efficiently and on a timely basis.
* To draft and issue client communications alerts to senior management and wider business.
* To support the Client Communications team in manipulating and preparing data for mass mailings.
* To analyse and report on communications - including bounce-backs, open rates etc.

Other responsibilities:

* Daily use of email software to draft templates and send communications to complex data lists and training others in its use.
* Understanding and managing the dependencies between CRM and other business applications.
* To develop marketing dashboards for senior management measuring effectiveness of marketing activity across a variety of channels including digital, email and PR.
* Ad-hoc administration.
* Ad-hoc Website maintenance.

Your profile:

* The ideal candidate will have experience with Client Relations within a financial services company, preferably within investments.
* Excellent written and communications skills.
* A genuine interest in financial/investment markets.
* You will need to have excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Excellent organisational skills and flawless attention to detail.
