Account manager: (Full time, starting from 1 November 2017 for 9 months to cover maternity leave. Might be extended)

You're an all rounder, with positive energy and oustanding service skills

You'll have worked in a graphic design, branding and/or digital studio or marketing communications agency for 5-10 years and gained experience of both digital and print projects. Perhaps in London? And now you're looking for a fresh challenge. You relish being in control and thrive on being responsible for budgets, deadlines and providing excellent service. You seek out and get a kick from all new challenges and experiences. Always spotting opportunities to help clients and colleagues do things better, you enjoy working collaboratively and enjoy managing lots of different priorities all at the same time. You're very well organised with meticulous attention to time schedules, work loads and budgets. Handling them all calmly, with skill and precision.

You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You're positive, proactive and out-going yet sensitive, thoughtful and diplomatic. You understand commercial brand strategy and how design can be used to achieve it effectively.

What will you be doing?

As part of a small, friendly design team, you'll be working closely with our Managing Director on a wide variety of clients, taking briefs face to face and over the phone, writing proposals, providing timing schedules and creative briefs. You'll be working across strategy, re-positioning, digital and print campaigns with a variety of clients. Expected to maintain excellent relationships, you'll manage client expectations and the whole design and creative process including using copywriters, photographers, designers or printers where necessary. You'll be expected to be very hand-on, offer your opinion and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
