NEW Content Manager role with International law firm.

The Content Manager is based within the Marketing & Communications team, and provides specialist skills in generating and perfecting content to support the firm's go-to-market strategy and build the firm's brand, internally and externally.

You will be responsible for driving quality content creation and help the firm develop a more coherent approach to content development and dissemination, to provide a high quality, consistent and distinctive experience for clients and other audiences, in an increasingly crowded and competitive environment. You will review existing content marketing activity and develop and implement standards and processes which improve editorial quality, efficiency of content development, and its effectiveness in building the brand and winning business. You will monitor the success of content campaigns and constantly improve and evolve the programme.

You will play a key role in developing and supporting a range of new initiatives that will enhance the firm's profile-raising activities, in particular using your knowledge of copy, content and campaign planning. The firm has recently invested in producing research based campaign content, so the ability to plan and execute thought leadership based campaigns is crucial.

* Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a firm-wide content strategy to maximise the effective use across all the channels of the content produced by the firm
* Create and repurpose content for different mediums including print and digital based on the content marketing strategy
* Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing & Communications manage the creation and delivery of major thought leadership campaigns ensuring that short and long-term ROI measures are defined, the programmes are continuously improved and experience, information and knowledge are shared
* Develop an integrated marketing approach and plans for key thought leadership campaigns, whilst providing support and guidance to the wider team to deliver this successfully and efficiently through a variety of channels
* Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure that the content for the website and other marketing materials is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone

Successful candidates will be an experienced writer and editor with previous experience working within a professional services environment, legal experience would be an advantage. You will have the ability to multitask and have strong project management skills.
