Description

* Responsible for the delivery of the Customer Experience Survey with particular focus on expanding the programme globally and driving the results into the business.



* Day to day programme maintenance, developing the programme in line with the key objectives, dealing with any queries and ad hoc requests from stakeholders efficiently, measuring KPI's and reporting these back to the business at all levels, liaison with external agencies and suppliers and managing the department budget.


Profile

* Qualified up to degree level.



* Proven experience in a customer facing role within a marketing function.



* Confident in your ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and end users, whilst demonstrating excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.



* Working knowledge of salesforce or equivalent CRM would also be a distinct advantage.
