Our client is a high growth online platform business. Based in Petersfield, the company was established in 2010 and has over 2,500 customers.


Head of Content Marketing - high growth technology business - Petersfield
You will manage three direct reports and be responsible for content marketing for the organisation. The role has responsibility for social media, retention marketing as well as partnership marketing.

You will be responsible for:

* Define, execute, and measure Content Marketing Strategy, ensuring all commercial and customer metrics are delivered.
* Distribute dynamic and engaging content through key social platforms as well as actively developing third party partnerships.
* Drive, influence and support the development and maintenance of all warm lead nurturing programmes. Work closely with the Direct Response Marketing to share best practices relating to download strategies, enhancement of landing pages and persona driven communications to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
* Effectively work with external agencies, including creative in order to bring to life the concepts, ensures key messaging is on point and is the custodian of the company brand.
* Demonstrate effective leadership skills for delivering the strategy as well as anticipate likely risks and implement mitigation plans Provide key customer insights and learnings.
* Apply creativity, problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions.
* Rapidly develop test/learn/test plans to successfully drive business results in the content arena.
* Collaborate and Work closely with Acquisition, Retention, Partnership and Product Marketing teams to deliver a comprehensive and engaging customer experience.


To be suitable for this Head of Content Marketing role you will need:

* Prior excellence in senior marketing roles with a real focus on driving thought leadership content, comprehensive knowledge of all social platforms with a real hands on attitude
* Experience in creation and execution of marketing plans, strong prioritisation and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Strategic thinker and strong leader with the ability to manage direct line reports, influence others and make sound decisions decisively based on data or insights
* Ability to think through, and deliver, exceptional end-to-end customer experience
* Data driven, resourceful and efficient
* Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and successfully
* Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
* Leads and influences effectively within the organisation and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results with limited resource
* Flair for ambiguity and infectious 'can do' attitude

Job Offer

£40,000 - 45,000 + package
