My client is a market leading retail business who has witnessed an impressive rate of growth over the past 5 years. As a result of this continued growth, an exciting opportunity for a Brand & PR Manager has now arisen to join their existing talented marketing team.

The primary responsibility of the Brand & PR Manager is to drive consideration of the brand, helping to plan, coordinate and deliver brand communications across all customer touchpoints. You will be the first port of call for the PR and creative agencies and also oversee all new store opening event programmes and brand partnerships.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

* Support the Head of Marketing in the development of integrated marketing campaigns in line with business plans including brand, promotional and seasonal activity across multiple channels.
* Managing the PR agency in dealing with press enquiries, managing relationships with relevant industry publications, influencer activity and other general PR campaign delivery.
* Managing the creative agency ensuring the brand is being communicated according to brief and to monitor the quality and performance of creative production.
* Support the Head of Marketing in the delivery of brand sponsorships which align to the brand proposition.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in PR & Brand Marketing within retail or retail related sectors. You will be an effective stakeholder manager who is comfortable in managing multiple communication channels and stakeholders. You will be a highly professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
