Are you an experienced CRM Manager with great segmentation and analysis experience? Do you want to work for a fun, well-known brand with a reputation for doing things differently? Are you available immediately and happy to work on a maternity cover contract for 12 months? Then please read on.
This is not a typical CRM manager role. This business acquires their users organically, so this role is more about retention and segmentation. You will support various teams on how to use segmentation to direct communications at the right users. You will interrogate active user database to test and learn new communications plans. You will also be responsible for improving the welcome program and trial new content and assets.
You will take learnings from tests and support editorial and commissioning teams to delivery new content and assets. You will also be charged with setting up a Facebook chatbot.
You will have a CRM Executive who will do 60-70% of the delivery work but you will need to know how to use a CRM system, preferably Adobe Campaign. You won't be writing the strategy as such, more taking strategy, testing, building and improving over the year.
This is a hugely exciting role for the right person. You MUST have experience of user segmentation and have a real love of data and how to use it to create real, actionable insights.
