A newly created role, the Head of Marketing will create leading and innovative customer marketing campaigns, with quantifiable and measured returns.

Client Details

A leading Football Club based in Yorkshire.


Key responsibilities will include:

* To develop the company marketing and digital strategies to meet the dynamic market needs and support the mid to long term company objectives

* Manage overall budget to ensure best value

* Produce and implement website and digital roadmap with clear and measurable goals and objectives

* Ownership of video production and matchday content for social media

* Devise an online marketing and customer engagement plan

* Increase digital conversion by optimising the customer journey across web, tablet and mobile platforms, to specify multi-variant testing to maximise the effectiveness of lead generation and make improvements that will maximise conversion.

* Establish and drive Brand Values


For this role, we are looking for a high calibre candidate who can really make a difference to the Club.

Key requirements are:

* Strong Marketing skillset across a variety of areas - including Customer Segmentation, Proposition Development, Collateral Development and Executions - in the context and pressure of a football club with aggressive growth plans and targeted resources.
* A strong understanding of, and track record in, Customer Acquisition
* A strong Digital skillset
* An enthusiastic, passionate and driven character, able to take on the challenges this role will throw at them

Job Offer

The role is paying circa £45,000, with the key benefit being the opportunity to join an exciting Football Club at a key time.
