Our client: is a world leader in designing tailored marketing programmes that deliver measurable increases in revenue and market share for their clients, by improving frequency and average transaction levels. In the last twenty-five years, our client has expanded across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US, becoming a global leader in loyalty marketing.
Role: The role of the Junior Designer is to support the senior designer in the creation of presentations and marketing material for use in campaigns, client pitches and be involved in ad-hoc design and administrative support work for the team. Typical tasks would include taking a “brief”, creating final designs and preparing designs to be sent to print. Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. This role sits within the Group Marketing team and has a high level of visibility and interaction with senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate: A good knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop and PPT is required. The candidate should have good attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills (ideally demonstrate the ability to interact with senior stakeholders), a relevant creative/design qualification, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Proficiency with PowerPoint is an advantage.
