This is a really super opportunity for a heavyweight ABM/BM to lead strategy, activation, plans and innovation for the fastest growing brand in the International team of our leading food client, and a brand with renewed strategic importance for the next 5+ years.  There are a number of major new territories to enter as well as a greater need to focus and invest more extensively in existing markets.  This Brand Manager role will specifically focus on new market entries in South Africa and Canada, and further market development in Australia and the Middle East.

This is a rare Brand Manager position because it comes with P&L management and true accountability.  Responsibilities include setting brand strategy and innovation roadmap, unlocking market and category potential, and analytics and reporting. 

Who are we looking for?

  • A promising ABM ready for a step up or an existing BM ready for a fresh challenge.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of brands and projects.
  • Strong business development focus and commercial background.
  • A desire to make a business impact.
  • A self-starter with real ownership mentality.
  • P&L experience.
  • Strong activation and implementation skills; someone with a proven track record in BTL comms; experience in planning and implementing promotions.
  • A results driven, can do attitude is key, along with a collaborative, team spirited approach.
