NEW Sales Manager role with top 10 progressive accountancy firm.

This Sales Manager role is a hybrid management and front-line sales position, responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst aiding with the day-to-day management and growth of the current team. Your focus will be to target prospects and contacts developing a sustainable new business pipeline in your aligned region. You will manage your sales and new business activity to deliver revenue targets from multiple products and services whilst building successful stakeholder relationships internally.

* Working with the Director of Sales to help establish a coherent and lasting sales strategy to drive sales
* Source new business with the aim of establishing profitable long-term client relationships
* Target and generate potential income using both proactive and reactive sales techniques, capitalising on leads and existing relationships
* Identify sales opportunities linked to legislative and emerging market, technology based issues
* Prepare and deliver client pitches in all areas of the new business life cycle, including tenders and proposal preparation, engaging Marketing and Partners as required
* Identify referral and cross selling opportunities and engaging across the Firm to include services and sector teams as and where appropriate

Successful candidates will have substantial sales experience preferably within the professional services sector or a B2B environment selling a high value services led product. You will have experience in identifying, engaging, building and managing sales pipelines. You will have a proven record of new sales generation and success across multiple industry sectors.
