My client is a leader in their industry and they are looking for a Head of Digital who has experience in leading Digital projects to lead their Digital Transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of Digital, with both hands-on and strategic experience.

This role is focused on:

  • Managing the company websites and generating client enquiries to gain leads and help attain growth plans
  • Determining digital strategy, solutions and experience and deliver the agreed strategy throughout the organisation
  • Responsible for online content and sales activity within the organisation, managing various websites and launches
  • Create and implement a PPC strategy, using adwords and best practise
  • Driving SEO to increase traffic - using SEO tools to investigate competitor behaviour and to improve site performance
  • Create and install a social media strategy
  • Improve the consistency of the digital customer experience across online retailing channels, while working with agencies
  • Identify opportunities to harness technology to deliver increased traffic to the websites with an aim to convert
  • Improving visibility online and the relevance to the audience and maximising online conversion
  • Recommending new technology and digital channels


The successful candidate will have:

  • A high degree of drive, self-motivation and energy
  • A confident, dynamic, inspiring and outgoing personality to be committed to delivering excellent levels of service
  • Flexibility and the ability to react to change and prioritise accordingly the ability to exercise good commercial judgement
  • Track record of leading the growth of a brands digital marketing strategy
  • Evidence of implementing campaigns to strict budgets and deadlines
  • History of growing ecommerce brands whilst increasing engagement across a wide range of digital channels
  • Can create digital campaigns that provide a true return on investment
  • History of managing multi-disciplinary digital teams
  • In depth knowledge of data analysis and testing of digital strategies including online campaigns
  • Analytics/adwords as well as wider digital tool experience
