An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and immediately available Shopper Marketing Executive to join a Marketing-leading, Internationally acclaimed FMCG Business for a 6Month rolling contract, based in Surrey. With a focus on the delivery of omni-channel shopper campaigns across two Key leading retailers, the Shopper Marketing Executive will gain superb experience across the full 360 Brand Activation and Shopper / Trade Marketing spectrum.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Apply Shopper Insight: A natural curiosity and affinity to get in the mind of the Consumer and understand the shopper profile for 2 Leading Retailers.
* Define and translate Shopper Insights into Shopper Marketing plans to drive the brands' growth across omni-channels.
* Build Customer relationships and attend Category Brand Cascade for specific Retailers: Be the main Point of Contact for the retailer's cross-functional teams for the cross-category campaigns led whilst liaising with the social media, POS team, online and customer experience team.
* Liaise with external agencies and internal POS team to develop and implement in-store the campaigns including full Budgetment management for each campaign.

Plan and evaluate all shopper marketing programmes, drawing on previous insight to continually improve and develop further insights to increase effectiveness and efficiency.


Profile

Preferred Profile:

* Previous Shopper and Trade Marketing experience with a strong understanding around translating insights into actions, the development and implementation of shopper marketing campaigns as well as working with agencies and preferably but not essentially within the retail space.
* Strong team player and confidence working cross-functionally within the business
* Excellent communicator and in possession of strong commercial mind-set
* Able to influence where necessary and work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediately available or on a 2-4 Week Notice Period.
