This an exciting new Marketing Operations Manager role with a forward thinking Consumer Financial Services business based in London.

Client Details

Our client are leading the way in delivering exceptional products and service for their customers; they are looking to recruit a Marketing Operations Manager to continue to deliver excellent marketing communications across all touch-points.


Reporting to the Head of Communications the Marketing Operations Manager will be the customer champion. Taking responsibility for the key areas below:

Be the marketing operations subject matter expert!

Enabling the smooth running of the day-to-day customer communications by working with the project team to review all the marketing operations currently in place and ensure they are mapped, controlled and fit for purpose.

You will also be responsible for supporting Marketing to scale with efficiency and transparency by managing requirements for compliance, process and technology.

You will create and maintain regular reporting, determine areas for improvement and provide an oversight for all communication platforms/solutions in place.


The Marketing Operations Manager will bring significant working knowledge in shaping marketing operations within a large organisations and ideally, a regulated environment.

You have had involvement with marketing automation, marketing cloud technology and CRM platforms, as well as mapping out operational processes and controls.

You have the ability to respond quickly to system performance, user and operational issues in order to maintain efficient operations for both internal and external customers.

You will need to be passionate about delivering world class brand experience!

Job Offer

Excellent Daily rate + initial 6 month Temporary Contract.
