Digital Content and Experience Manager role in High Wycombe

A client based in High Wycombe are looking for a Digital Content and Experience Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is a combination of digital marketing and communications and the successful applicant will have digital marketing experience, knowledge of CMS and HTML and have the ability to interpret, analyse and report on data.

Duties for the role will include;

* Create compelling content to increase engagement, raising awareness of the organisations services and sharing knowledge internally
* Manage a content entry process which ensures stakeholder requirements are captured in a consistent format and delivered with a robust sign off process
* Manage and develop a strategy for the organisations digital imagery and presence as part of the global system
* Maintain an active digital presence across our platforms and engagement points by ensuring content is kept fresh, user-friendly and relevant
* Build CMS web pages and template structures using CMS. Basic HTML skills are essential.
* Building and managing customer profiles using the CMS resulting in personalised content and experiences for users
* Using web marketing techniques such as A/B and multivariate testing, goal tracking, path analysis and behavioural targeting to deliver engaging and effective experiences
* Understanding of performance and usage data and ensuring IT and hosting providers are kept informed
* Monitoring third-party website integrations ensuring performance and stability is maintained
* Event Support including support for company events, creating or commissioning films and imagery as required
* A sound understanding of the digital landscape and a good digital experience in order to develop and drive a digital road map for the organisations platforms
* Monitor and drive operational efficiency through automation, digital processes and actionable analytics
* Effective engagement with web/digital partners to ensure the organisation is continuously striving for digital growth and improved performance
* Data analysis and reporting to be shared with the wider business to aide improvement in business operations and activities (i.e. data used to aide marketing campaigns)
* Measuring user engagement to setting goals, objectives and direction for future strategy
* Manage, motivate and develop any direct reports to ensure they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of business objectives

The successful applicant for this role will ideally have;

* A Degree or similar level qualification preferred
* Strong, proven experience of digital content creation, management and delivery
* CMS experience essential
* Digital marketing background
* Demonstrable creative and technical skills
* A real love of analytics
* Experience of managing agencies
* Able to convert data into meaningful information
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
