Michael Page have been assigned exclusively to search for a Brand Advertising manager for a business based in Hertfordshire. The candidate will be responsible for designing multi-channel campaigns and identifying key market segments and effective positioning.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known grocery brand that operates nationally. Their Turnover is over £1,271 million with a growth across their general merchandise, which has allowed the company to grow their marketing team. They have been operating in their market for many years and have an excellent reputation. The head office is based in Hertfordshire.


The ideal Brand Advertising Manager will ideally have a strong experience in working for consumer marketing organisations with a track record of delivering results with internal experience. The candidate must have experience of making core decisions in brand planning and organisation including managing TV advert campaigns from beginning to end.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Justify use of budget for expanding brand advertising scope

- Devise campaign-specific KPI'S and put in place a reporting structure

- Collaborate with internal PR, Creative, Performance and Digital Marketing functions

- Design above the line multi-channel campaign strategy


The ideal Hertfordshire based Brand Advertising Manager will have previously worked on ATL campaigns including TV. Working for a retailer is ideal but not essential.

Job Offer

The Brand Advertising Manager can expect a basic salary between £55-65K.
