Unique opportunity to join a leading Aviation company in SW London as a Marketing Assistant to focus on their Events.

Client Details

Leading Aviation company based in SW London.


As the Marketing Assistant you will:

* Assist with all areas of Events related Marketing activities.
* Writing copy and designing conference email campaigns
* Reporting delegate numbers and revenues
* Managing conference websites
* Social media marketing
* Processing delegate registrations, on-going delegate communication and handling delegate enquiries
* Working closely with designers on event marketing collateral
* Database management
* Pre-event and on-site operational assistance


The successful Marketing Assistant will have:

* Experience in B2B Marketing campaigns.
* Degree level educated, ideally within a writing based subject.
* Excellent written English.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and first-rate organisational skills, particularly in managing time and tasks.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality, accurate work in tight timescales with limited supervision.
* Good understanding of marketing fundamentals is preferred.
* Computer literate with experience of the Microsoft suite of programmes, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Being pro-active, self-reliant, common sense, trust and integrity.

Job Offer
