Our client is an exciting start-up production company who work with world leading clients to translate their business in a creative way. They are looking for an ambitious HR professional to grow with them and help them grow. If you are excited by the idea of going into a creative and successful organisation and helping them implement people processes then this could be the job for you. 

Key Duties:

  • Creation and implementation of HR policies and processes
  • Establishment and maintenance of talent acquisition and management processes, including the development of already existing freelance pools
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure all employees are fully engaged and happy

Key Skills/ Experience:

  • Ability to create HR policies and procedures, including the ability to draw up contracts. 
  • Good understanding of the creative freelance environment, ideally backed up by a network of freelance creatives
  • Confident speaker and ambition to create a real difference in a creative environment
  • Plus, a strong interest in the creative sector and art
