The Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for a range of channels including PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Display across multiple platforms. Due to their recent rapid growth, the client is looking for someone who can optimise already established channels while also developing new ones to drive growth across multiple channels.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage all of the acquisition channels on a daily basis as well as Display and PPC
  • Manage all paid-for activity across all digital platforms (web, mobile, social)
  • Plan and deliver high budget campaigns within strict timescales, whilst efficiently allocating and keeping within client objectives
  • Produce reports of campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and new tactics, and communicating to key stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with the latest advances in the industry
  • Monitor performance of the site against acquisition targets identifying areas for improvement and provide recommendations
  • Implement systems to create a strong understanding of the online customer journey and customer behaviour
  • Manage your own Performance team and set objectives and KPIs to ensure constant growth and successful performance
  • Create and implement strategies to enable the team to meet acquisition targets across all digital platforms

Profile

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in a similar role, Display and PPC orientated, over several high budget campaigns
  • Strong Experience and Knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Numerically minded with strong excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data to use in decision making and reporting
  • Proven experience of being in a senior digital role and possess a strong digital knowledge and ability to achieve KPIs
  • Experience of implementing digital strategies including; PPC, Social Media and Affiliate
  • Ability to analyse data and identify new opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills to keep tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and posses the ability to present key ideas in an articulate manner
