Client Details

Our client based in the West Midlands, create premium beauty products for both professionals and the retail market.

They are an innovative business that is constantly focused on creating New and improved products to suit consumer's needs.


The Brand Manager will be responsible for providing 360 brand management for a new brand and category. They will look for opportunities for brand growth and create commercially viable brand strategies to drive the brand forward. The Brand Manager will be responsible for NPD seeing the brand through from concept to activation and launching it to market across multiple channels.

The Brand Manager will be an innovator and able to think outside the box in order to challenge traditional brand marketing. They will be a strong leader and able to communicate effectively at all levels across the business. This person will work closely with cross functional teams in order to execute the brand effectively.


The successful Brand Manager will have:

Demonstrable Brand Management experience

Excellent communication skills

Internal & external stakeholder management experience

Outstanding leadership skills

Great organisational skills

A commercial Mind-set

Job Offer

£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
