My Client, based in Eastleigh are very well known for their customer journey experience, their online and offline brand image and for the products they supply!

They have been established since the 1960's and have phenomenally grown since! They are market leaders in anything DIY and have such a wide variety of products.

My clients are very well known to have a strong head office team and are currently in need of a Lead CRM Manager to come in and manage a team of 3 in terms of growing and developing benefits from the customer database and more!


The key responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to:

Being able to deliver business benefit from the customer database

Apply an understanding of the business dynamics and drivers to ensure insight is insightful and actionable

To Apply best in class analytical and statistical methodologies and processes to elicit insight from customer data

Ensure customer data insights are delivered to teams across the business to use in decision making including Marketing, Commercial, Retail and Finance.

Proactively seek out opportunities within commercial, Marketing and Retail where analysis can bring efficiencies or an understanding of customer behaviour which can be used to business advantage.

You will be leading a team of 3 Data Analysts

You will also be a key member in Stakeholder Engagement and work very closely with the Senior Leadership Team


The successful Lead CRM Manager will already be an existing line manager and a key specialist in using Modeler; SAS and SQL)

You will have proven ability to investigate, evaluate and analyse information. Thinking through options to arrive at logical and focused results.

You will have had existing experience of interrogating large databases using specialist tools.
