This is a role that has been put in place to help bring structure and focus to all campaigns across multiple functions. The role will involve teaming up with various senior internal stakeholders and agencies to initiate a united approach to campaigns.

Client Details

My client is a large charity.


This role is all about reporting, organising and uniting internal teams and external agencies to ensure a unified communications approach for the campaigns calendar.

Responsibilities include:

* Taking responsibility for developing integrated communications and engagement plans to deliver the communications and engagement strategy for all audiences (including B2B and B2C) and across all channels including digital
* Work with internal stakeholders to co-ordinate brand and marketing campaign briefs to maximise impact and provide a more holistic view of media planning
* Work with external agencies to influence to get them to buy into the new strategy and adhere to time lines, rates etc.

* Develop a clearly defined set of desired outcomes and KPIs for all communications activity
* Produce and maintain regular result dashboards and present to the organisation whenever required
* Evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and help shape directorate-wide impact reports

* Identify ongoing market trends


My client is looking for a candidate with a NFP background or an agency background that has worked regularly with charities. Experience-wise they would like someone with a marketing/communications background at management level that is well-rehearsed in managing agencies and influencing senior stakeholders.

Job Offer

Salary is on offer of between £40,000 - £43,000 per annum + package.
