A forward thinking and fast paced B2B organisation based in West Yorkshire.

Due to considerable growth, my client is looking for a forward thinking and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Head of Digital to join their growing Marketing team. This role will be responsible for all digital channels, CRM and CMS delivery.


* Build and own the Digital Roadmap.
* Give strategic leadership to and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, database, social and display campaigns.
* Lead in the development of successful digital marketing strategies for the organisation
* Responsible and contribute towards all digital marketing matters and all critical forums around the business, including interfacing with the CX team and product council.
* Build a CRM programme and identify platform that takes customers from acquisition, through incubation and onto lifecycle management.
* Manage and build an online content approach, building in SEO and Google Analytics.
* Oversee a social media strategy that helps communicate our beliefs and purpose in the market. Identifying content that works for our clients and end-customers alike.
* Provide the business with critical ROI / KIP measures for all key campaigns and activities.
* Identify trends and insights in digital media that optimise spend/performance against ROI/KPIs
* Identify robust approaches to testing effectiveness of campaigns, using A/B and conversion tests.

Personal Profile

* An in-depth understanding of relevant marketing tools, platforms and strategies and to be a pro at implementing innovative ways of attracting and engaging customers.
* You should have in-depth marketing experience and a real passion for digital technologies.
* You will possess a highly commercial focus, implementing and measuring strategies that drive the bottom line, as well as satisfying customer needs.
* Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media or display campaigns
* Ability to lead a the digital vision for the team and wider business
* Solid knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture etc)
* Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
* Ability to think strategically, whilst achieving results in immediate areas of responsibility.
* Previous familiarity/use of Customer Insight as a basis of planning
* Knowledge of IT systems and IT processes
* Understanding of product management process helpful.
* Understanding of CX process and measurements
