Michael Page are recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative graduate or junior to work with one of our clients, a premium automotive brand.


Client Details

Global brand specialising within the automotive market.


Description

Strategic

* Support the UK Internal Communications Manager, Senior Content Editor and agency with copy, image and video outputs
* Work with the Content Editor to create and follow an effective content development plan
* Work with the agency to create engaging and relevant video content and further identify key opportunities to drive employee engagement and confidence
* Help promote Internal Communications channels across the UK teams



Writing skills

* Create clear, practical, action-focused content for a variety of audiences
* Grammatically accurate and factually correct who can work within a consistent format and tone of voice



Operational

* Give clear, empathetic feedback on content created by others and build good relationships
* Support development, delivery and management of a UK Internal Communications plan
* Provide content support for the Retailer Portal and UK Intranet
* Support the briefing process for the Internal Communications agency
* Provide support for internal and retailer network events including content preparation
* Manage the creation and development of business surveys
* Provide administrative support



Technical

* Film internal meetings with stakeholders from throughout the business using video camera and tripod
* Produce basic video edits and with support of Video team ensure quality of visual and audio output before release to the business
* Image searching, simple retouching and editing of images using Photoshop



Internal

* Assist with the collation and development of internal presentations
* elp to create consistent templates to roll out across UK NSC
* Liaise with the Internal Communications agency on a daily basis


Profile

* Excellent English language communication skills, both written and interpersonal
* An interest in new technology and digital communications
* Basic image editing experience using Photoshop and Premiere
* Video editing experience creating and managing content across a range of platforms
* Desire to achieve a high standard across all work that is produced
* A sprinkle of creativity (new and exciting ideas are welcomed)
* Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (inc PowerPoint) and Premiere with experience of content management systems an advantage
* Exceptional organisation, time and project management skills
* Team player and willing to support other colleagues
* Friendly, professional telephone manner
* Flexible, can-do attitude to work
* Proactive self-starter
* Work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Good sense of humour
* Willingness to muck in on any project
