Corporate Partnerships Assistant position based in West Sussex.

The postion of the Corporate Partnership Assistant will be reposnisble for:

* The Co-ordination and administrative support as required by the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Development Manager. This will include organizing meetings and typing up notes from brainstorms and team meetings

* Day to day co-ordination of the corporate employee volunteering programme. This includes clear communication with corporate contacts and relevant colleagues.

* Managing the corporate email inbox and responding to approaches from companies wanting to work with the business.

* Working with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to organize and deliver the corporate fundraising event.

* Working with the Senior Corporate Development Manager to organise and deliver corporate engagement events.

* Promoting a partnership culture across the business by building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.

* Carrying out prospect research as required by the Senior Corporate Development Manager.

* Ensure the corporate partnerships team regularly updates information on corporate partners on the fundraising supporter database.


We are looking for a super organised person who has experience of:

* Organising events

* Experience of working in a team and

* Strong communication skills.


* Proven organisation skills.


* Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.


* Good attention to detail
