Our client are the capital's most successful specialist property management company and are looking for a proactive and data driven Senior CRM Executive to take ownership of the companies data management and email marketing campaigns.

The role includes overseeing reporting, data processes, optimisation, relationship management, campaign and project management, budget management and analysis and content sourcing.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Data and CRM

  • Manage data feeds and database, working with internal teams and external suppliers on BAU and new initiatives and projects

  • Data management across all channels (email, direct mail and any future requirements) including preparing reporting for senior stakeholders across the business (regular and ad hoc) and day to day management

  • Ensuring process and training documents are kept up to date

  • Manage the relationship with provider(s) and oversee regular meetings

  • Work with internal functions (IT and other business units when required) to optimise and improve data from systems feeding into the CRM, including segmentation

  • Reviewing all data briefs and programmes to ensure they are set up correctly in the system

eCRM

  • Responsibility for email programmes, including segmentation and content, reporting, recommendations for improvement

  • Driving projects forward to ensure they are delivered on time and scoped appropriately, considering other marketing programme timings and elements

  • Maintain email content calendar and aid in the email design

  • Artwork, build templates, test and deploy emails utilising provider software

  • Brief and manage external agencies in regard to content for emails and landing pages

  • Carry out email insight reporting on a weekly and monthly basis across all email programmes and develop programmes via a test and learn approach

  • Prepare reports for senior stakeholders across the business as required

Project management

  • Briefing and overseeing creative development with agencies of relevant campaign elements through to fulfilment and tracking

  • Taking the project management lead position when working with other team members on projects that require data expertise where required

  • Post campaign reporting

Desirable

  • Knowledgeable in HTML for email, design and usability
  • Keen interest in the London property market

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000 plus additional benefits
