Description

Customer Marketing Manager - Telecommunications organisation - Surbiton

Responsibilities include:

* you will create and maintain the customer campaign budget and activities
* you will define the customer marketing strategy
* defining the customer segmentation model
* assisting in the implementation of a new marketing automation system
* manage the development of the customer journey plan
* developing customer research programmes
* Devise a customer advocacy programme including testimonials, case studies, webinars etc


Profile

To be suitable for this Customer Marketing Manager position you will need:

* a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing programmes for a technology business
* experience in interpreting data and deriving insight that drives customer value
* experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns
* experience in marketing automation technologies
*


Job Offer

45,000-50,000 + package
