Unique opportunity to join a leading Property company based in SW London as a Marketing Manager.

Client Details

Leading, National Property company based in London.


As the Marketing Manager for this leading Property company in London you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all On & offline Marketing for Residential including print materials and advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

* Working with the Head of Residential Marketing and other team members, develop and implement innovative centrally-planned marketing initiatives, rolling them out across all offices and service lines, acting as a brand guardian
* Liaise with key internal stakeholders, (including senior colleagues) on all projects
* Brief and manage relationships with external creative and media agencies
* Brief the internal creative studio to ensure delivery of on-brand marketing materials
* Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective project management of each work stream within the strategy, in order to deliver on time, on budget and with a flawless attention to detail
* Advise and manage the marketing budget for Lettings offices by analysing, evaluating and providing recommendations for marketing activity
* Support the offices with daily marketing queries
* Track the effectiveness of each campaign and route to market
* Ensure that each offline project is maximised in terms of digital and social channels
* On a regular basis, present both marketing strategy and results to senior stakeholders and at Lettings board meetings


The successful candidate will have:

* At least five years' marketing experience within property, professional services, a corporate environment or agency-side
* Specific experience within a Lettings and/or digital environment would be highly beneficial
* As stated, up-to-date with digital and social routes to market and an ability to interpret their analytics to enhance future effectiveness is mandatory
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Design literate with a good understanding of print production techniques, proficient copy writing skills and the ability to proof read effectively
* Highly organised with an ability to work at speed, across projects with multiple stakeholders without any loss of quality of delivery
* Confident and articulate, including good presentation skills, quick to learn and empathetic towards others in the business
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and PowerPoint), with a knowledge of Dotmailer, Drag and Drop and Ad Intel being useful

Job Offer

£35-£45k depending on experience on offer to the successful Marketing Manager.
