This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to work within a progressive Professional Services business and develop their career while learning new skills.

My Client is a Progressive Professional Services Firm with multiple locations across the South East. This role will be based in Berkshire and will be located in one of their vibrant and friendly offices. Description

The Marketing Co-ordinator has Key Responsibilities which will Include:



* Planning and implementation for all events.

* Provide marketing support and assistance to Departmental events.

* Coordinate the production of marketing materials by working with third party suppliers and agencies to ensure brand and message consistency.

* Coordinate the production and design of marketing materials.

* Assist in ensuring the website content remains up to date in conjunction with website consultants and the website Partner.

* Design and produce regular newsletters

* Organise and finalise firm's Annual Review magazine.

* Liaise with Departments to co-ordinate social media

* Prepare and coordinate eshots and website marketing

* Produce marketing materials including blogs and articles.

* Produce eshots and other email marketing via ZoHo and Mail Chimp

* Organise and assist in the implementation of ZoHo database with ongoing maintenance

* Provide support and basic training in ZoHo

* Be familiar with and use ZoHo as an effective marketing tool.

* Produce presentation marketing packs

* Maintain marketing budget and spend

* Other duties as required


Profile

The Marketing Co-ordinator will ideally display:



* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Proficient in Word, PowerPoint Excel and Publisher.
* Organised and able to work to strict deadlines

* Experience of working in a Marketing environment

* Experience managing and using a client and contacts database for marketing purposes.

* Experience of ZoHo would be helpful or a keen willingness to learn.
