A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in the interiors and fit-out industry is a necessity and you must be able to prove a track record for producing high end design and quality with proven clients

Job Description



• Client Liaison

• Concept design

• To obtain clear client brief for design requirements

• Creation and pitching of presentation ideas

• To carry out base building surveys, Building control and Services surveys as necessary

• Create detailed working and construction drawings as appropriate

• Provide ongoing design support during the construction and installation

• Keep up to date with market trends, research and source new products



Qualifications



• Interior design degree or equivalent level

• AutoCAD 2014 - 2 D essential; 3D preferable

• Sketch Up Pro 8 or higher; Podium plug in preferable

• Photoshop CS6 or higher

• Revit and 3DS Max an advantage

• InDesign

• PowerPoint, Word and Excel
