My client is seeking to appoint a Marketing Services Data Analyst, a role which focuses on the conversion, analytics, delivery, and production of client data services, and the creation and delivery of standalone saleable data products.

About the role

Delivering services through a network of 3rd party suppliers and internal operational departments, you will ensure the efficient, effective, and timely delivery of Group data requests and projects.

You will develop data products that leverage both internal and external data sets to drive the commercial data strategy. In addition, you will have the experience and ability to conduct experiments and algorithms / models to test ideas leading to new product launches and an improvement in our products.

Supporting the development of data products, you'll develop frameworks that enable the Group to work effectively with data, and inform decision-making to build new revenue streams and solve business problems with data. In addition, you will be the technical lead on data products and projects.


You will have a solid understanding of issues around data quality, production, and various marketing techniques.

You will have demonstrable experience building new models using different market software. A detailed understanding of building geo-demographic models for customers will be essential, while a degree in a computer or database related discipline (or equivalent) would be desirable.

With strong analytical capabilities, you'll have experience in statistical data modelling techniques, and be proficient in the use of MS SQL in both analytical and production environments.

An excellent communicator, you'll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Stakeholder management and strong customer facing skills and experience will also be advantageous.

Job Offer

Salary up to £36,000 (dependent on experience) plus a potential 10% bonus and 25 days annual leave
