Responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the company CRM system including maintaining customer data, sales process and activity management, campaigns and the definition and management of CRM processes.

Description

* Point of contact for day to day for all enquiries relating to Synergy (Salesforce CRM solution), campaigns, etc.
* Responsible for CRM aspects of prospect acquisition, sales conversion, customer loyalty and ROI reporting
* Create and manage customer contact plans in line with business strategy
* Act as CRM specialist with internal central functions and regional colleagues to create marketing campaigns and drive adoption of CRM Solution
* Create training and communication assets to support roll out and promote adoption of CRM solution amongst the global dealer network
* Proactively consult with regional colleagues and dealers to develop customer contact plans & processes that are seamlessly integrated to the dealer and regional marketing plans.
* Act as consultant to support key deliverables of the Customer Experience and align with internal stakeholders to support delivery of AM CRM Strategy (Take to Market, Experiential Brand Comms, Aftersales, Regional Teams, Dealers, etc.)
* Measure the business impact of the contact plans and communicate to the Exec Team via tailored reporting
* Responsible for creation and management of all CRM reporting
* Responsible for coordination of customer data accuracy and cleansing processes


Profile

* Marketing or equivalent business degree / CIM diploma in marketing or business/ economics/project management qualification or. Business/Economics/Management senior qualification
* Salesforce ADM201 Certified
* Other Salesforce & Trailhead Accreditations
* Fluency in foreign languages desirable
* Hands-on practical experience in CRM systems and/or processes, preferably in a luxury brand environment in a commercial/retail capacity
* Experience of successful execution of similar project across different functions and departments
* Previous knowledge and experience of working in cross-functional teams
