Detailed Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will have responsibility working with the senior leadership team to develop and set the company's product strategy.
You will be leading and executing the strategic direction for the Product Portfolio, including Product Strategy, Product Support as well as Engineering and Technology advancement.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Managing the entire product life cycle
- Drive on-going visits to customer and non/potential customers
- Bridge the gap between Research and Development /arketing and Sales
- Become the product expert and go-to-person
- Provide effective project management•Leadership and Team Building
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate outstanding Product Management experience in a technical field with International experience (preferably including North America).
You will have a passion for new technology and be innovative, dynamic and forward thinking. You should be prepared to take on an exciting challenge and help Metrasens to significantly increase turnover over the next 3-5 years. You will be a great Team leader and motivator.
This position requires travel to customer (and non-customer) sites in North America and Europe which could equate to 35/40% of the role during the first 2 years.
Whilst in the UK, the role will be based in Malvern, Worcestershire.
