Design Consultant (Retail Design Delivery)

Working alongside shopping centre clients, construction and project management teams, you will be responsible for inspiring, monitoring and coordinating the design and maintenance of stores, whilst consistently displaying your skills of visualising, communicating and organising.
Based in an idyllic rural location with great rail and road links to London, you will have the chance to develop design practices with retailers and develop an understanding of their brand aspirations, all in turn supporting the development of the company to the next level.
You must ensure high quality and standards throughout your work whilst being a pro-active team player with a responsive attitude and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. You must have experience in retail or restaurant design and for the right candidate with commendable attitude and skill sets; retail design delivery training is a possibility.
You will be responsible for building relationships with retailers from the initial concept to store openings. Strong sketching skills, Vectorworks and Microsoft office are a must along with 3D visualising being a desirable quality. You must have a good knowledge of planning and building regulations as well as being able to cope with multiple projects at one time, ensuring that you are up to date with current trends, particularly reflecting your passion for retail.
