An excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a leading property developer, based in their Staines office and responsible for their Thames Valley remit

Client Details

My client is a leading Property Developer with developments across the UK.


The Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities;

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analysing Marketing ROI and budget allocation

* Line Management of Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

* Management of effective online displays and search campaigns to maximise visibility

* Utilise key analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to gain understanding of market activity.

* Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to ensure social media information is current as well as regularly contact our databases via email and SMS with relevant marketing messages

* Proof read advertising before it is issued to planners and sales advisors and ensure messages are consistent

* Management of on site signage installation and maintenance

* Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and on-going marketing planning

* Provide detailed creative briefs to our supporting agencies to outline desired Sales and Marketing outcomes and materials, then work in partnership with those agencies to deliver on time and on budget

* In depth analysis of collated marketing data and marketing effectiveness ensuring maximum return on investment

* Carry out Market Research, ensuring that competitor information is up to date

* Creatives prepared external agencies on sign-off for deployment. Content based on both wider campaign messaging and analysis of previous campaign performance

* Work closely with the regional PR company, approving press releases and running programmes of effective local and occasional national communications to build and protect the brand

* Quarterly meetings to review effectiveness of media spend and ensure media impartiality

* Ensure mobile content reflects desktop site and update additional components as and when necessary, i.e. video, new links


The Marketing Manager should have the following skillset;

* Ability to process and understand marketing trend data

* Ability to collate information from relevant research sources

* High level of proficiency in various computer packages including MS Office products - Word, outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

* Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

* Excellent proof reading skills essential

* Self-motivated and pro-active

* Excellent planning and organising skills

* Proven experience in a similar role is essential

* Commercially aware, creative thinker

* Effective at building relationships

There will be some travel around the Thames Valley area so access to a vehicle would be desirable

Job Offer

The Marketing Manager will be offered a salary of between £38k- £43k on a 15month FTC.
