A leading modern hotel chain are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manger to join their industrious Marketing team working across the breadth of Digital channels cover a period of maternity.

The successful candidate will be utilising skills across Website Testing & Development, SEO and Content Marketing, and Analytics as well as other digital channels

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Drive website sales conversion uplifts and act as the champion for AB/multivariate testing
  • Conduct research using website feedback tool, hotjar, Google Analytics and agency feedback to determine testing roadmap
  • Co-own the SEO & Content Marketing strategy, managing the agency to track monthly deliverables, review reports as well as implement technical SEO changes to the website
  • Own the management of the company blog including coordinating the SEO content calendar
  • Act as the champion for digital analytics, ensuring effective reporting is in place, insight reporting, customer journey analysis and segment analysis
  • Lead on customer insight initiatives, and support work on CRM, loyalty and customer profiling to develop an understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Support general digital marketing programmes, eg PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Email marketing and affiliates

Digital Marketing Manager Essential Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing capacity
  • PPC, SEO, Display, Social Media
  • Experience in tracking Ecommerce revenues
  • Experience in CRO, Website testing (AB/MVT Testing tools like Maxymiser)
  • Analytical - Experience using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics
