Interim Senior Brand Manager
Do you have and infectious love of marketing? Do you come up with off-centre ideas to help brands grow? Have you got the drive and personality to take an established mid-level brand to the next level? Then please read on.
You will be responsible for ativating the 2017 plan and then setting the strategy for 2018 with a focus on growing the brand exponentially. You will work closely with convenience and impulse customers to ensure they buy in to the brand and campaigns. You will works closely with the sales teams to increase distribution and get additional airtime for the brand.
You will have experience in alternative marketing strategies like guerilla, PR, social, sampling, outdoor etc. You will think disruptively and have experience in pack redesign, format changes, pricing, brand repositioning and advertising. You will be comfortable in an ambiguous environment and have a real love of FMCG and the pace of it.
This role requires someone who will make an impact when they entre a room; bringing an upbeat attitude and a real drive to get things done.
- Degree preferred or extensive demonstrable experience
- FMCG client-side experience is a must
- Can do, upbeat, positive attitude
- Commerciality - the growth plan for this brand is aggressive
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months paying up to £57K.
