This is a unique opportunity to really drive a new category vision and strategy for a business that is already really successful and market leading in a growing category, but has lots more opportunity for increased household penetration, eating occasions etc to be uncovered. The role is looking to combine together shopper, market and category insights to really get to the heart of where they should be placing their bets in terms of innovation, how to increase household penetration up from 1 in 3 at the moment, how to increase ease of fixture navigation based on shopper missions and how to really drive the opportunity to open out into 'on the go'/convenience opportunities v heavy focus on the major mults at present. This is naming just a few!

You have a team of 3 people to manage and support you on day to day activities of range reviews etc but your job is definitely to put category on the map and really be that key lynch pin between Marketing and Sales to help deliver the ambitious growth targets that are in place for the UK market.
