Your new role:

The Pensions Regulator are looking for a Communication Partnership Adviser to support the delivery of TPR's communications partnerships strategy, plans and activities Your responsibilities will include:

* Assist in the account management of key partners, and build effective relationships with them
* Support the development and delivery of a programme of communications via partners' channels to support the delivery of TPR campaign objectives/messages
* Work with colleagues internally to recommend, develop and deliver new tools and products tailored to the needs of individual communications partners and their members
* Evaluate effectiveness and reach of communications delivered.
* Update team systems with partner contacts and maintain a forward look of activities
* Work closely with the Stakeholder Affairs Manager, Communications Partnerships Manager, and the wider Public Affairs team to support the delivery of team objectives

What you'll need to succeed:


* Ability to manage effective relationships with external partners
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to develop engaging content and materials
* Experience of organising and running external meetings and events
* Experience of working within a communications / marketing function


* Experience of using CRM software to maintain accurate contacts and records
* Knowledge of pensions or financial services

You will also be Proactive and flexible and have a can do approach. Are you able to demonstrate at interview examples of when you have had to prioritise workload and use initiative. It goes without saying that your communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy are of the highest order!
