*Assume overall responsibility for delivering excellence across the studio and ensure
pro-active client servicing on all Clients for best customer service
*Successfully growing long term high level client relationships and therefore
business, providing strategic direction to add value and taking overall
responsibility for
the profitability of Green Room business
*Deal with any client issues swiftly and to the total satisfaction of the client once
raised by the Client Director, including CIR's (Client Incident Reports) with clear
learnings and solutions in place.
*Work with the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager to continuously develop
and ensure consistent application of the Project Process and all associated governance
*Lead annual client reviews, presenting the findings to the Exec team with clear actions to address any implications or challenges.
*Overall ownership and review of external production relationships, with support from the specialist teams.
*Be a champion for highly creative standard internally and externally

You will be responsible for team leadership, financial management, strategic input, business development and commercial management.
