Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing and instantly recognisable FMCG business based in Leicestershire. They've experienced exponential growth over recent years and are looking to continue this both domestically and in international markets. With these plans and targets in place, they are now looking to bolster the team with an experienced Brand Manager that will help spearhead the further development of the brand.


Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, you'll support them in managing the global presence of the brand. In order to do this, you'll deliver brand performance targets through the driving of demand for the brand.

This broad ranging role is a fantastic opportunity to develop best in class marketing activity and really drive a consumer led marketing focus. You'll bring the brand to life with both retailers and consumers through positive campaigns and PR. You'll own and manage budgets as well as managing the relationships with external agencies and affiliate partners.


The successful Brand Manager will:

* have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering an integrated brand plan within an FMCG setting
* bring creative and commercial flair to the role
* have excellent technical knowledge across the marketing spectrum, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business and externally
* be a strong communicator and influencer who can display credibility to gain people's buy in
* have a sound understanding of how to leverage social media for brand and commercial gain
