This organisation is looking for a Head of Partnerships to join their team in East London.

Client Details

This organisation is a leading health charity that has featured prominently in the news in recent years.


The key responsibilities of this Head of Partnerships will be:

* Lead the Partnerships team which includes major donor, trust, corporate and statutory fundraising
* Devise and deliver an integrated fundraising strategy to deliver against set income targets, contributing to long-term growth plans
* Work with teams across the organisation on programmes and projects at both a micro and macro level
* Line management of a large department of staff and ensure that exemplary behaviour and leadership is always exhibited
* Manage the budget for the partnerships department and ensure accurate forecasting and monitoring in line with targets
* Ensure the partnerships team is represented throughout the organisation and opportunities are maximised
* Review and evaluate the team's work against clear criteria to ensure they are delivering the required standards
* Network with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
* Effectively lead on the communication around the work of the partnerships team to ensure it is suitably promoted both internally and externally


The person specification for this Head of Partnerships is:

* Prior experience of managing a partnership fundraising strategy
* Proven experience of driving a team to deliver against agreed objectives and targets
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Senior management level experience of budget management
* Excellent leadership skills and an ability to navigate teams through transformational and change periods
* Demonstrable experience of how to develop a team and drive them to achieve deliver against agreed targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt your delivery style to suit your audience
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £55,000 and £65,000, depending on experience.
