Excellent opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join a fast growing FMCG business and ensure best in class shopper interaction with the brand. The organisation is growing quickly and this role will play a key role in that continued growth.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing and instantly recognisable FMCG business based in Leicestershire. They've experienced exponential growth over recent years and are looking to continue this both domestically and in international markets. With these plans and targets in place, they are now looking to bolster the team with a newly created Shopper Marketing Manager role which will help bring the brand to life.


The Shopper Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and fulfill a hybrid role using shopper and market insight in order to ensure plans are appropriately tailored for customers (retailers, distributors and wholesalers) across multiple global markets.

You'll play a key role in understanding shopper marketing from activation planning through to development of the in-store and multichannel marketing and activation plans. You will use category data and insight to recommend in store action plans aimed at strengthening the brand and the category. You will be responsible for the look and feel of the brand across all customer communication channels.


The successful will have:

* experience of working within a commercial role in an FMCG or Retail environment
* either a Shopper Marketing or Category Management background
* the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
* strong communication skills
