* This post will be principally responsible for the ownership, development and delivery of the digital marketing, email and website strategy.
* They will line manage 3 and will be responsible driving the growth of a digital culture within the organisation.

Client Details

A leading UK charity hosting the number one website worldwide for their subject matter.


The key responsibilities of the role are to:

* Lead on developing the charity's web and digital marketing strategy.
* Provide hands on support for the development and delivery of their digital platforms, channels and data systems.
* Develop an annual website, email and digital marketing strategy to build traffic to the website, maximise user experience and optimise data capture and income generation and plan long-term technical development.
* Improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns using GrantPro account, social media, display, SEO and CRO.
* Manage the organisation's relationship with external digital marketing agencies, including PPC suppliers and media buyers.
* Line manage the Digital Projects Manager, as well as the Digital Marketing and Website Officers.


The successful candidate will have:

* Knowledge of a wide range of digital and integrated marketing disciplines including: identifying and targeting audiences, digital product management, UX design, content strategy and accessibility.
* Knowledge of SEO and web design.
* Creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
* Development of websites and on-site marketing strategies.
* Project management of digital projects and the ability to support complex cross-organisational projects.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

Job Offer

A Salary of up to £40,200
