Sales and Marketing Manager
This is a unique opportunity with an entrepreneurial and highly respected premium brand. You will be commercial in your approach and able to think strategically about how to develop the brands portfolio and also activate it effectively in their retail stores and concessions.
You will ideally come from a retail or luxury/premium background and understand the own Retail/franchise business/ wholesale/ HORECA/ Travel retail channels.
In this role you will be instrumental in developing, implementing and driving ambitious forecast, sales, marketing and product development plans, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new channels.
With experience operating in a senior commercial role you will have experience developing and recommending product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy in conjunction with NPD Managers to ensure strong ROI and that the business remains competitive and innovative.
You will have a strong track record in sales and excelled in your role and maximised business performance and revenue targets. A confident communicator who is used to presenting plans to high level board members, you will be able to demonstrate market knowledge combined with trend analysis to inform planning and future business growth.
