Our client is an international fashion retailer. Due to the continuing growth and popularity of the company, they are looking to expand their digital marketing team. Due to this, the role of Digital Marketing Manager has become available.

As Digital Marketing Manager you would be responsible for developing and executing their digital and marketing strategy - being the digital expert in this area for the business.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

* Optimise growth by utilising the online market, media choice and marketing technology
* Ensure full integration of annual digital marketing plans across all channels in line with offline and brand strategies
* Create and implement campaign plans in line with the marketing and digital strategy
* Build CRM plans to deliver on email programmes
* Effectively manage key relationships including 3rd parties and agencies
* Support the development of the ecommerce revenue budget

Requirements of the job include:

* 5 years experience in an multi-channel or ecommerce retail organisation
* Business, marketing or digital marketing degree/qualification preferred
* Practical experience across a broad spectrum of channels, such as; SEO, PPC, display, affiliates
* Strong communication skills with a proactive approach.
