Client Details

My client is a well recognised Travel & Leisure organisation based in the U.K & Ireland


Communications Leader to create high quality communications across a wide range of media including email, PowerPoint, social channels, film, print collateral, surveys, events and the intranet.

Coordinate the timely release of communications across a number of brands

Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors, including graphic designers, camera operators and film editors, to produce high quality internal communications and training materials

Proof, edit and enhance communications from a range of support departments before releasing them to the wider business.

Assist with the development and delivery of a new intranet

Assist with the development and delivery of Facebook Workplace.

Adhoc projects


This role involves developing copy for all the groups brands for use in multichannel internal communication. Copy must be relevant to both target and brand.

Ability to demonstrate usage of new communication channels alongside more traditional mediums

Relationships with internal team leaders will need a continual focus to ensure that the optimum performance and understanding is met.

Key decision making skills are crucial as the role will make strategic decisions. A clear understanding of the company's long term plans is essential as the individual will be required to deliver on these items.

Being able to demonstrate innovative ways to engage staff through various mediums of internal communication

The Internal Communications Executive will work closely with other departments but will be largely responsible for delivering key business focuses and will need to prioritise and deliver in a timely manner.

Analyse internal communication across all brands to establish the needs of the business and build an effective two-way internal communications strategy.

Provide advice and guidance to brands regarding internal communications activities.

Creating presentations, print and online communications to ensure key messages are heard across the organisation.

Job Offer

£140 - £200 per day via LTD organisation - 6 months at first instance
